squat challenge opinion

I am currently doing the 30 day squat challenge. Come Saturday, I know there is no way my squats are going to reach my required number as I will be on the road all day leaving probalby leaving at 5:30 am. Friday happens to be my rest day. Should I just swap those days, do whatI can on Saturday (it's going to be a small number), repeat Saturday numbers on Sunday and just extend the challenge? Other ideas.

I could really use some other opinions at what might be the best way of dealing with this. thanks
