Also, I am already only 2 lbs away from my goal, so I'm gonna add another 5 to my goal loss, to make it a goal of getting down to 185! Let's do it boys and girls!0 -

I can always get tighter pants. I just don't want my current pants to have *once* been loose. :laugh:0 -
I weighed in the for the week and didn't budge the scale. But I have noticed some muscle coming out. I have dropped a pant size and my new pants are starting to feel lose. So I know my hard work is paying off, I'm just not seeing it on the scale. I will work hard this week and see if I make some headway for next week.

I lost 37 pounds two years ago, and since then have gained 20 lbs. back. I really loved how I looked and feeled, so I am planning to go back to that. This time I am pacing myself and want to focus more on maintaining the weight rather than reaching that goal quickly. I am tired of my weight yo-yoing up and down.
