I need to find calories for Olive Garden Chicken Parm. I looked all over the net, and all I can find is the entire meal. But I only ate one breast with the sauce and cheese on it. no pasta....
For now I put that I ate 1/4 of the meal. I figure each breast is worth a 1/4 and the pasta is worth half....I dont know. I'd love to find the right number.

It drives me nuts when a restaurant doesn't list nutritional information on their website.

I just looked for it at that website....there is an entry in the restaurant menu section, but it is not accurate! How can a meal with chicken in it have 0 calories from protein? LOL I'd love to have an easy way to calculate restaurant meals accurately.

According to Calorie King, it has 1090 calories, 49g of fat, and 79 of carbs. No other nutrition facts listed though.
  • Unfortunately, the only safe thing to eat at olive garden is the soup and salad with lowfat dressing on the side................I love Olive garden, but just too high in calories.

What about the chicken spiendini? Even tho it is only on the lunch menu, they have made it for me at dinnertime. I substitute veges for the potatoes

I have Celiac's (gluten allergy) so I always have to fully check out restaurants and foods before I eat. If their website does not have the info you want, call the restaurant or send them an e-mail to their main headquarters. The good places respond very quickly (usually within less than 24 hours), the ones that have "something to hide" take a week or send me some PR/PC response that says "please check with your physician..." (seriously, if I don't know what the nutrition is, how the HeXX is my physician supposed to know!).
Olive Garden/Darden Restaurants has always been very good at making sure all their patrons are happy, so you should be able to just ask them at the location closest to you. Most placed respect that you're mindful of what goes in your body, no matter the reasons

Their soup is notoriously high in sodium, unfortunately. You can save significantly on the salad by requesting no croutons, no olives, and no cheese, or you can get the croutons and olives on the side.

I don't use any salad dressing in restaurants anymore. I just ask for a few lemon wedges and just drizzle lemon juice as I eat the salad. You get the full flavor of the veggies that way. You might assume you won't like it, but trust me, it isn't that difficult to forego salad dressing.

My boyfriend has Celiac Disease and was quite pleased that the Olive Garden has a "gluten-free" section on their menu! We had a pleasant eating experience there last time.
