What is their consistency like? More like a granola type bar or more chewy like a quest bar or something like that? Is it the combination of the whey and almond milk that keep them together? Have you tried it with a vegan protein powder? I'm not a vegan but I try to limit milk products.

Hi it's more like a granola Bari would say

The amount of almond milk I used was such a small amount so I don't think you would need to worry about the dairy intake, you can use water instead of milk,I it's the first time I have made them and I did think they would fall part but they was fine, just freeze them for half hour and they stick together, next time I will add a little bit more honey. Sorry I have not tried it with vegan but it should be the same,

Give it a go and let me know what you think,it's was so simple and they taste really good.
