    AMAZING. I did Insanity too but my belly fat remained the same I lost 13 lbs though which is really big for me yay! Now I'm doing Focus T25 I hope my belly fat goes away with it lol

    Awesome job! Congrats! I had completed Insanity a while ago and lost about 16lbs too. Great program. I may tackle it again in the next few months, always felt so great after completing the workouts!

    That's incredible! I just started insanity, I'm on my 4th day. I love it so far. But I find myself eating more than I'd like (2000 cal). I want to lose about 10 lbs and tone up. You're results are definitely an inspiration. Do you mind me asking about how many calories you were eating when doing insanity?
