Question about calories

Hiya I'm new here, so I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, I've tried reading up but I get kind of confused.
On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays I burn 300kcals from cardio and sometimes weight lifting (I use a Polar HRM to estimate it) - I was following MFP's recommended allowance for my height and weight which is 5'4 and 155 (now 150) lbs and it was 1200, I didn't feel so good so I calculated my macros and I eat on the days I exercise around 1500-1550 kcals, and days I don't exercise around 1350 - now on the days I exercise, unless I'm hungry, I don't eat the calories I burned, is that a problem? or should I eat them regardless of how I feel?
