I love to cook salmon. I plan on it for dinner tonight. What I want to know is what are your favorite ways to make salmon? Please share your recipes!:drinker:

    some of my favorites are:

    -grilled with lemons and dill
    -marinated in terryaki and baked (add a terryaki glaze)
    -pan-fried with some butter and italian dressing
    -smoked and used in fettucini pasta
    -seasoned with chicago steak seasoning (wierd, i know)

    so many ways to make it; i don't think you can go wrong.

    Oven Broiled (Thyme, Olive Oil, Salt n Pepper)
    Breaded(Fried)
    Grilled (Honey BBQ Sauce)

    Thank you for your suggestions. I've got some fresh rosemary and fresh oregano in my garden and I'm wondering how either of those might taste with it. Gonna bake or broil it since it's nearing 98 degrees in St. Louis.
