Lowering Body Fat Percentage?

Hi all! I recently just bought a caliper to measure body fat (as I'm 35 pounds into this journey and still frustrated with stomach fat), and discovered my body fat is at 32%. I'd love to get to the bottom of the recommended for women, 25%, which, according the calculator I plugged this goal into, puts me conveniently right around my already goal weight!

That being said, I'm just curious if there's anything special to do to target lowering body fat percentage, not just weight! My deficit is 1 pound a week, and I work out 4-5 times a week depending on what's going on. Usually a couple days dedicated just to running outside, and a couple days at the gym doing a half hour of strength training and 15-20 minutes of light cardio.

Oh, I'm 5'5, 162 pounds, and 20 years old!

I'm "following the plan," so to speak. Not looking for any tricks, just wondering if there's anything else people recommend. If not, oh well, just curious!

Eat a good amount of protein and lift weights. Will retain LBM while dropping weight, producing better body fat percentage results.

Hi. To drop some fat, I'll add 30 mins of cardio 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
