If you're constipated, you might be bloated, but if you're fat, it's because you're fat. Make sure you're getting enough fiber. Bloating and constipation can also be caused my food sensitivities.0

You clearly don't consume enough fiber otherwise you'd not have this issue0

Tea that makes you go poo is called A LAXATIVE. Don't look to laxatives for weight loss. Or, for long term use for constipation. If you have a bowel movement 1-2 times a week and "eat pretty healthy", consider altering your diet, drinking more water, trying fiber etc. etc. etc. even a magnesium supplement.Talk to the doc. Try everything. but no. DON'T take laxatives to lose weight (or to lose your big belly).TMI but does not going poop everyday or even every week make my stomach big? should I drink tea that makes you poo? please help! because i only go poop 1 or 2 everyweek do u think this is why i have a big belly?

And you clearly don't know how some folks' bodies work....You clearly don't consume enough fiber otherwise you'd not have this issue
some folks don't respond to fiber as you do. (speaking from experience).0 -

For me? it was REMOVING the majority of grains...and what the doctors originally recommended as "fiber",.removing most wheat/gluten grains. etc. and adding magnesium. Figure out what works for you, but don't fall in to the laxative trap.0
