    I have one of Gin Miller's kettlebell workout DVDs and I think it's a great workout. She's been around forever and she's got great form. I'm no kettlebell expert though.

    You should give them a try. There is a lot of carryover from kettlebell work to barbell work/powerlifting (hips, posterior chain, explosiveness, etc.) Mind you, I am talking about serious kettlebell work, not the kind of fluff that was in the link that I posted.
