Avoided all scales for over a year and then made up my mind to commit to the Wii Nintendo for just 30 mins a day,for 3 months. Also to track my cals and aim for a safe amount. After hurting my knee in January I gained a new top weight of 239. My Pops got real big at about this age and went to over 400 so I am choosing to make a real change now. Been single 20 years and want to get a life back. Full time care giver to Mom and need to be a better me to keep her safe as well. My goal weight is 155 ponds

Welcome. I did it at 61 yrs old. Started because I needed to be here to take care of my husband that was having lots of health problems. Then decided I needed to do it for me. Its hard work but worth it.
