Hello Everyone! I'm new here and am very impressed with the support system here. I really look forward to sharing my successes as well as my failures with you all and since I have just started my journey there's nothing to really share,except that I have been successful at staying on my meal plan. I won't use the word "diet" because I'm not "dieting", just simply eating healthier and being more attentive to calorie and fat content. Also, paying close attention to portion/serving sizes which is a chore. Package labels can be deceiving if you don't look at the fine print. I'm starting to exercise by taking a 30 minute walk 3 times a week and hope to increase as I start losing weight. My legs don't bother me it's my left hip. I think it may have a touch of old arthur in it. Hope everyone is having a great journey and have a safe and healthy week!

this is a great site. you will find alot of motivation and encouragement. You can do this, Just be sure to track your food and exercise and dont give up.0 -
