New And looking for friends

I finally joined mfp after putting it off for what seems like forever. I guess I am afraid to start something new and afraid that it would be confusing. I'm a mom of 2 boys and getting married in 10 weeks! I have tried every diet out there......just hoping this is the last as I'm looking at it as a lifestyle change.

  • Awesome. Welcome. Start by removing gluten, dairy, alcohol and sugar including fruit. I lost 30 pounds when I did that and I had the most flat stomach I have ever had. :)

    You dont need to remove anything from your meals, just have a calorie deficit and stick to it.
