Just started mfp again. I have no idea what to log for T25. Anyone have any ideas? :smile:

    Do you have a HRM? That's going to be your best option in my opinion. I started Insanity before I got mine, and picked "aerobics - high impact." HOWEVER, once I got my HRM I saw that on average I was about 100 - 150 cals below what MFP said for aerobics - high impact. MFP really overestimates the calorie burns on a lot of exercise.
