Looking for some friends to inspire me and keep me motivated

Hi everyone,

Even though I've been dipping in and out of this app I have never posted before so here goes. I have lost 3 dress sizes so far by switching to cleaner eating, weight training and some good old cardio workouts. I love my workouts so never find a problem in doing them - the eating on the other hand, well that's a challenge (big emotional eating bad habits when stressed, bored etc). I still have 2 dress sizes to drop but have found it really hard to keep focus with the eating recently - so looking for some inspiration and motivation. Now that it's winter I know things will be harder and I don't want to undo my hard work so far. Help!! :)
