On vacation last week - looking forward to getting back on track this week!!!

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, drink water and elliptical

    Way to Go Gold K! Still trying to get back on track myself. Long story with lots of boring excuses. I will fill in a bit when I return tomorrow AM!

    So,... Okay I've been gone too long!! Too may trips and not enough exercise not to mention my lack of diet control. :noway: So back at it .. The kids are back to school (almost) We are driving one out to IA this weekend. I'm working out a few kinks, literally. Finally seeing a therapist about my butt pain that has been a constant since January.:sick: They think they can fix me. I would be so glad!! So I will get back to checking in here, And get back to better habits!

    GoldK... Anybody else out there?? Thanks for keeping this up!
