Do you keep a journal?

I'd love to hear from people who keep a journal (or have kept one). I'm not talking about a fitness journal per se but a journal to help document what's important to you and inspires you, what your goals and challenges are...

I'm wondering if it's been helpful and if you've stuck with it. Just anything you want to share about your experiences with journaling I would be interested to hear!

    Nope, just a daily workout log. I already know what goes on inside my head, I have no need to write it down. Then it could be used as evidence against me in the future :devil:
