Thoughts? Experiences? I've read a lot about this.. and I'm not looking to lose a ton of weight all at once, just really want to do a cleanse for my body.. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Your body cleanses itself when you pee and poop. No need for teas, pills, water fasts, juicing or whatever else type of cleases there is out there.
Weight loss = Calories in vs Calories out
Stay withing your calories at a deficit and you will lose weight0 -
I'll admit I have used it and yes it does reduce bloating and can give great results, a few of my friends still use it occassionaly and say the same. At the end of the day it is a laxative. I don't think it has harmed me in anyway.
As a part of this journey I am learning things I did in the past (like Skinny Me) are not always healthy. I probably don't recommend going down that path as at the end of the day, as the person above said, all you need to do to cleanse is pee and poop. This tea makes you pee and poop by using natural laxatives. Save yourself the money and go get some fibre rich foods and if your body reacts like most they will make you poop for a hell of a lot cheaper! haha
P.S If you do decide to purchase don't do any more than 5-7 days (I believe that is the shortest time?). Keep it to a minimum.0 -

It's interesting that you post this, as I've recently taken something similar - a Chinese "slimming" herbal tea. Notably, however, I should mention that I didn't use it for dieting or weight-loss purposes (but rather for the "laxative" effect). At this risk of grossing you and others out, it certainly did alleviate my temporary (BM) irregularity, and a surprising side-effect was that I lost 2kg (~4.4lbs) in 2 days. My stomach was noticeably de-bloated. However, I suspect that I will gain back the weight as it is most likely water weight.
Teas of that nature are essentially laxatives and I wouldn't think of it as something you would use as a part of your weight-loss program. It's great if you get the occasional irregular BM though. As srogers89 suggested, it is not wise to use it for more than 5-7 days (or even perhaps up to 14 days), as constant use may lead to a dependency in order to do your #2's (as characteristic of most laxatives). If you do end up taking it though, I'd strongly advise against taking it in the morning - you'll definitely pay for it during the day, especially if you're out and about. Drinking it close to your bed time may be the best time, but that's from my experience.0 -

First part, YES!
Weight loss = NO.....it´s not just these calories in/out stuff....it´s about what kind of stuff you eat also!0 -
Weird old tip someone once told me (that I actually use) is first thing in the morning try having half a lemon squeezed into a big glass of water. It gives your body a wee flush before you put anything else into it.. Then, eating lots of fruit and vegetables and general good clean food will make you feel amazing
The body does detox itself! It's designed to naturally cleanse I guess.
I've been caught up in cleanses, detox's etc in the past but nothing beats eating good healthy food
Good luck.
Look forward to hearing what you do and how it goes....
It's all a jorney and finding the best thing that works for you0 -
Note: to ladies...the site for this tea states that "In terms of the effects of SkinnyMe tea with the pill - the teatox can affect the accuracy of the pill if you take your pill in the morning within 4 hours of the laxative effect…
If so then we advise the use of condoms for the 14days as it can affect the accuracy of the pill.
If you take it at night you will be fine as it takes around 10 hours for the laxative effect of the night time tea bags to set in."0
