How many calories should I really be eating?!

Hi everyone,

I just recently started using MFP again and I am looking to lose body fat but I'm not sure how many calories I should eat. MFP has me set at 1,380 plus my exercise calories but to me that seems to low. I am 5'4 and weigh around 128 pounds and whenever I put my information into other TDEE calculators it tells me to eat around 1800-1900 calories if I'm looking to lose fat. I exercise 5-6 times a week involving running (3 miles/day or sprints) and a half hour of heavy lifting (different body parts each day). So, I know that my body needs food for fuel but I am getting confused as to how much I should eat based on my goals. I would like to lose about 10 pounds of body fat. Any suggestions?
