Find something you enjoy doing and set aside time for yourself to do it. I have to do my work outs over lunch. But I don't mind because I am doing it for ME and no one else!0

Hi. Just start walking, it's the easiest form of exercise and best of all, it's FREE. That's what i did and then i started running. I dont have the money for a gym membership so i have to do what i got to do.0

Analyse your routine, see where you have any free space. If you haven't got any, then make a little time.
For me, when i have to do the school run... I walk down with the boy in my gym gear and run home. When i pick him up i run a 5km route on the way to the school.0 -
I get up an hour early in the mornings to workout. I have a 10 year old and a 1 year old. I also work full time. If I dont get my workout done in the mornings I know I WILL NOT do it when I get home.. Just to much going on.0
