These are so quick and easy, and we loved them! :)

Ingredients:
Package of Wholewheat Pitas (we used Safeway brand)
Small bottle of PIzza Sauce (we used Catelli Onion and Garlic)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (we used Kraft part skim mozza)
Whatever pizza toppings you like (i used pineapple chunks and schneider's ham)

Spray baking sheet lightly with Pam cooking spray.

Place pitas on baking sheet (can fit about 3/sheet) and spread sauce on top (about 1/8 cup sauce per pita)
Add your toppings
Sprinkle cheese on top (we used 30 g cheese per pita)

Bake at 375F for about 8-10 minutes (until cheese melted).

Delicious!

Served with a spinach salad with fresh cut up veggies.

my girls actually love these and ask for these at least twice a week. But I take a bag of fresh baby spinach and 1lb. of chicken tenders and sautae them together in a pan. I usually spray the pan with pam, and add tumeric. Since its Summer I have been putting them on the grill, and it gives t a little crunch to the texture the 1 il of chicken and the bag of spinch makes 8 mini pizzas! YUMMY!

That sounds so yummy! I think I like the idea one member had with the chicken and spinach! Yum! A low fat Alfredo sauce would be awesome with that instead of the pizza sauce! :D

Made a quick version of this with what we had on hand(it's time to go grocery shopping, LOL!) They are cooking now!

    Dempster's - 100% Whole Grain Pita Pockets, 1 pita (45g)
Walmart Supercentre - Dry Roasted Black Forest Ham, 28 g
Kraft - Parmesan Cheese, 3 tsp
Catelli - Pizza Sauce Tomato & Basil, 30 mL
Spices - Pepper, black, 3 dash

285 cals each - not bad at all!
