I use Endomondo to track my walking and cycling and then it synics with MFP. I have noticed when it synics the Kj burned are alot higher than if I was to enter the exercise manually into MFP.
I walked 10mins brisk and Endomondo syniced to MFP which said I had burned 300 odd KJ, when I entered the same exercise manually I had only burnt 30 odd.
Has anyone else noticed this and is the KJ burned correct when the information comes across from Endomondo? Any advice on this would be appriciated and if Endomondo is incorrect whats another program that works well and true to MFP?
