All babies are ugly. Fact. The cuteness doesn't kick in until at least a year into it. After that they get pretty damn adorable.

If she looked like those kids before the surgery then that was one hell of a surgeon lol. All babies are ugly until they start growing up then some of them stay ugly all the way till the end. Just look at the Honey Boo Boo family. Then again it helps to have a family tree with branches.

Google "Korean plastic surgery". There is a blog that posts these insane before and afters. It's crazy how amazing some of these surgeons must be. Most of the surgeries are purely cosmetic but there are a few where the person has some sort of physical deformity (severe underbite/ overbite is common) and they look so good afterwards.
