Hi everyone my name is Alysia
I am a single mom, preschool teacher and am battling this weight gain. I've been ready for the change and to lose all this weight and to become healthy again, not only for myself but for my little girl, but I seem to always lose motivation without the support. Hopefully I will find more support here.
