Tight calves

Help! This new work out I'm doing is kicking my *kitten*! Or rather, my calf muscles. They feel tight as rocks. Any advice? I am stretching and massaging them...but nadda.

if it's cramping then probably has something to do with hydration0

Foam roller...works wonders in mine. Make sure ur hydrated and never hurts to eat a banana:)0
