How to categorize a HIIT workout on MFP?

I've got several HIIT videos I do online, but have no idea how to categorize them here??? There's a lot of plyometric moves and stuff, so I don't know if I should classify it as high impact aerobics or what?

Thanks!

I use my HRM and I get approximately the same amount of calories burned.

Really, ah that's great! I was logging my HIIT it as circuit training until someone corrected me with the weights issue.
