Hi, I recently had a baby 5 months ago and I started to get into fitness in the last 2 months, I exercise 3 to 4 times a week which consists of pilates, boxing, cardio and weight class, In the last 2 weeks I have stepped up my exercise to 4 to 5 times a week, however, the weight is not falling off as quick as I would like, and in the last couple of weeks I have put on weight!.
I have never had a struggle to lose weight when I put my mind to it..
Feeling frustrated can anyone help?? I was thinking maybe I need to do more cardio, in the classes I do 3 of them consist of cardio... Summer is fast approaching and I'm feel very uncomfortable your assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Try tracking all of your calories or food! There are so many sneaky calories we eat every day, and a little extra cardio can't really make up for it. You have to consistently be eating little enough to lose weight, otherwise you'll gain or maintain your weight.0

I've started to track my calories and food intake again and I never go over my calorie intake! for example I earned an extra 500 calories today from exercise and with one meal to go I should have 700 left over!! can it be possible to not eat enough calories?0

What are your stats and your calorie goals? How do you know how many calories you burn doing your workouts? I just ask that because MFP estimates tend to be high from my experience. Ps congrats on your baby.0

Are you weighing your food? When people are not losing it us usually one of two things..
1. Underestimating intake
2. Overestimating exercise0 -
In the last 2 weeks I have stepped up my exercise to 4 to 5 times a week,
I have put on weight!.
I broke out the two important lines. You just increased your workout routine. Putting on weight is going to happen. Water retention from muscle tears and everything else are going to up your pounds. Lay off the scale for a month and come back to it.0 -
Are you nursing? Because I am and can't seem to drop weight. I've lost about a pound per month. I wasn't losing anything and I started weighing and measuring all my food (I try to use the scale if I can) and I also have my exercise and breastfeeding already added in (TDEE) and it helped. Although it is very slow going.0
