I am looking for someone that would like to be my exercise partner. I have to exercise in the water due to my ankle and knee surgeries..

    Aw, man! Exercising in the ocean in Hawaii? That sounds too cool. I'm many thousand miles away, but enjoy your gorgeous state :)

    I was on Waikiki beach just a few weeks ago, and it's 20F here. I'd love to be back on the beach right now!

    I'll be thinking of you at my water aerobics class tonight but I'm in NY. Check out the local community center or school to see if there are any water aerobics or water walking classes.

    I agree, they are a good source of information about water exercise. We have a place here called the KROC center and it is run by the Salvation Army. I use to go and still might when the ocean gets to cold or to rough. The Ocean is the best place to exercise. Thank you again.
