No one that is sane. Eat right, exercise, lose weight. You want a shake, go get a delicious banana shake or a protein shake after a nice workout and let it help your already nutritious and delicious food.

I consume *not allowed to mention? MLM shakes* shakes for breakfast and dinner, and feel much better than before.
And I know quite few very fit people, some of them even fitness trainers who consume them regulary.

I live quite a busy work life, and that has taken away time and worry about preparing proper and balanced meals, which was impossible to handle for me (at least long term).
Snacks are easy to be made healthy, so I now have to worry only about lunch.

Maybe they are not suitable for everyone, but to me it works good.

There is no issue mentioning the product or company and praising your own results. You are just not allowed to sell it on here. Don't let the "MLM" bashers dictate what you can and cannot post. Let the Forum Admins do that.
  • No issue, since I have no idea what MLM shakes are. I meant premade or homemade. Anything that saves time and doesn't have crap in it.

That would be homemade then. You control the ingredients but then it doesn't really make it a timesaver, drinking your calories won't help with weight loss anymore than eating good food, and you should be able to get your nutrition from real food too.

MLM = multi level marketing, ie: Beachbody, Visalus, etc
