Can I lose weight like this?

So I started my diet on Monday. And I'm kind of concerned because my carb intake seems a little high. Here's basically what I eat everyday.
Breakfast:
Quaker Oatmeal (Instant) and I eat 2 packets because it's hard to reach my calorie goal with 1. -66g of carbs
OR
1 egg white and 1 whole egg scrambled with banana or apples
Lunch:
Salad with cherry tomatos and lean chicken breast strips and grapes (1 cup)
Snack:
16-21 Almonds (depending on how I'm feeling)
Dinner:
Anything my mom makes. (Usually baked chicken or some kind of veggies with sweet potato instead of rice and salad.
I have also been exercising. I have been doing a beachbody program called RevAbs. It consists of 3 workouts that alternate throughout the week. There are two high impact aerobic exercises, one 40 minute with a 15 minute an workout after. and one 25 minute interval training and the last one is a 40 minute ab workout. And in top of that I do leg, arm, but and cardio workouts on YouTube from the channel XHitDaily. I workout for about 40 minutes to a little over an hour everyday depending on which RevAbs video I'm doing that day.
So I have been eating like this and my carb intake is around like 140-170 on average everyday this week. I'm kind of worried because I thought a lot of carbs were not good. Can I still lose weight like this?

Losing weight is all down to your calorie defecit. Eat whatever you want, and make sure you hit your calories in a day and you will lose weight. To find out how many calories you need in a day, try inputting your stats (height/current weight) onto MFP, and it'll give you a number of calories you shoud eat daily.0

I think that everyone's body is different..personally I lose better on less carbs and try to keep them around 100...you eat pretty damn well but just an fyi..grapes and bananas, whether it is natural sugar or not are the highest in sugar content, thus in carbs...find another fruit with less sugar..won't hurt to try.0

Weight loss is simply calories in vs. calories out. Eat less than your burn and you will lose weight.0

140 - 170 carbs doesn't sound high to me. That sounds pretty avereage. Your net carbs (carbs minus fiber) is probably not much more than 100.
As long as you are getting enough total calories to fuel your day and your exercise, then you should be fine.0
