I do a walk everyday to collect my son from school and it takes about an hour altogether. I have no idea how many calories i'm really burning so i'm buying myself a pedometer that measures heart rate, steps, calories and all that jazz. ive lost 3.5 lbs weight so far but I want to make sure i'm doing my best. I have m.e so can't do too much exercise as I get attacks when I do too much

I use one on my I-phone called pedometer pro doesnt measure heart rate but does steps, miles, etc. I would love a fitbit force for xmas though. Oh and for now the one on my phone uploads to mfp.0

my ipod uploads to here but I can't use it away from the house. I don't like using free Wi-Fi at other places as I cant understand the instructions on how to connect to it0
