    SW November 2008: 307

    My MFP SW 3/25/13: 262

    CW: 213 "officially" - this is because I keep gaining and losing the same 2 lb the past couple of weeks.

    GW for end of year: 199 would be nice, but I don't want to put too much pressure on myself especially with the holidays.

    GW for one year MFP anniversary 3/25/14: 199, which I believe I will 'easily' achieve! :-)

    Ultimate GW: I really don't know. I'm thinking 170-180 range most likely.

    I'd like to drop the 20 pounds between me and my first goal weight. I'm holding steady right now as I figure out why I've been in such pain and flu-like icky-ness the past few months, but I'd like to finally get that scale number moving down again.

    I want to end the year below 350. Let's hope that I can muster through and drop these 20lbs.!!

    Goal by the end of the year is to be 175 lbs (down from 220 in the summer) - or less! I also hope to complete the C25K program. I've been repeating weeks until I feel comfortable keeping that weeks pace, then I move to the next week. I'm in the middle of week 4, leaving me 5 weeks of training to do in 7 weeks.

    Goal by New Years Eve to be down 10 more pounds, putting me only 4 pounds from my pre pregnancy weight, and only 14 pounds from my goal weight! YIPPEE!

    currently I am 233 lb I would like to get to 229 lb. Asmall goal, but since my weight has not moved beyond normal swings, this would be enough to actually start.

    I want to lose 10-15 lbs by year end, 126 now, so 115-110 would be killer!!

    I am doing bodyweight workouts 3 X week and doing a low carb. So hopefully that should help kick things up. But the holiday season is worrying me, hmm, will see...

    Beginning Weight- 260 (MFP doesn't say that though because I didn't start it until I'd lost a bunch)
    Current weight- 155
    Goal weight- 145
    End of year goal is to see the 140's on the scale, so about 6 more pounds!

    More importantly to me, I want to find balance to help me maintain when I reach my goal. I feel like I know two modes: "dieting" or "overeating" and I go overboard on both ends. I want to find middle ground so I can maintain for life.

    I also have fitness goals I'm working towards:
    Run a mile @ 10mins (i run about 12-13mins now)
    Do a pullup without a chair assistance (halfway there)
    Squat 100lbs (I'm at 50 now. Can do more but it's all we have at home lol)

    I just hit 215 this week, I would like to hit 205 by Christmas. Worst case I want to be sub 210 by the end of the year.

    Congrats everyone on your weight loss this year!

    I only started at the end of August :

    SW: 158lbs mid August
    CW: 11/13/2013 - 138lbs (20lbs lost so far)
    GW: 125lbs

    My goal was 135 by Christmas but I dunno I might be there sooner? If not thats cool. I want to hit GW by March/April :)

    goal by 12/31/13: 105 but I am more focused on losing inches than the number. I'd like another 2 off my waist and hips. I don't have a tape measure yet, but I can tell there is some excess there. I'll update my measurements soon so you can see where I'm at.

    Year one has been the year of losing for me. Hope to hit my goal by Nov 26th 209 lbs the rest of this year and next will be focusing on weights and maintatining what I've already done.

    If I can get down to 225 by the end of the year, that'll be 25 pounds lost for me since I started MFP last month, and leave me 45 pounds to lose in 2014 to reach my goal. I WILL make it happen!
