BMR- change it each time you weigh in?

Hi there just wondering if I lose weight do I reset my BMR to eat less calories? as low as a 4 pound loss?

    Sure, why not, but I don't follow that number exactly, right now mine says 2200 calories, I try to eat 1900 and seldom eat that much.

    It only takes a moment, so why not reset it when you lose a bit :bigsmile:
