How often do you weigh yourself?

I've developed the bad habit of weighing myself every morning. I can see how this can be bad and good... for me it gives me a bit of an idea of how I did the day before with food and exercise and whether or not I need to improve.0

2x a day. AM and PM. I log my data in a spreadsheet .. and use it for statistical purposes. Weight loss is not an exact science .. I don't think that things ever work really as you would expect.0
