Hi everyone!
I was just going over my last couple of months daily calorie intakes and realised that I am constantly swinging between lower and higher calorie days.
It's like my body is deliberatly trying to compensate for the previous days defecit if I eat at around 1300-1500. The next day my net calories seems to jump up to 1800-2000.
Anyone else notice this happening? Just thought it was interesting!
Not after advice, right now i'm more focused on not gaining and staying quit
