Hi There,
My names Brock, I'm 22 years old. I work as a Cardiac Technician and train Muay Thai 5 nights a week as well as general fitness training the rest. Been using MFP for about a month now. Its been a big help keeping me inline and with keeping an eye on my input/output. I'm already at my goal weight but use it to maintain as I compete in Muay Thai and have to drop weight regulalry to compete.
I'm pretty clued up on the weightloss thing as I used to be 90Kg (198Lbs) and am now 72kg (158.7lbs) so anyone with any questions on training, diet or anything in general do not hesitate to ask : )
