Hi I am new here I have been working out for a week now I havent been eating much but I lost 5 lbs. My only work outis doing Zumba for 30-60 min every day. I have been having headaches though can anyone tell me how many times I should eat a day? Im new to this calorie counting. Also do eating 6 small meals a day help your metabolism? thanx I really apreciate your help.

Welcome! I'm also new and loving Zumba. Add me as your buddy and we can help each other out. Maybe your headaches are due to sugar withdrawal or maybe you just hungry? I am trying to follow a 1200 calorie diet, but I' m discovering that if you make good food choices you get to eat quite a lot!0
