Protein, carbs levels

Hi all
I'm a newbie here and looking at my food diary, I realise that I'm WAY under for both protein and carb. I see in a previous post that the protein level is set too low, which makes it even worse.
Is there a problem with not having enough of these??
Thanks for your help.

Protein is pretty critical for health, for building muscle, for daily energy, for your immune system. Humans need protein to survive and a low protein diet is not good for you.
If you eat dairy, whey protein powder is a quick way to increase your daily protein until you're able to adjust your diet.0 -
I'd recommend changing the levels to 40/40/20 or even 30/50/20 for fat loss (carbs/protein/fat).0
