WANTED: Motivators

Hello guys! My name's Perry. I used to use MFP religiously, but since have fallen off the band wagon. I am looking for people who I can support and who will support me throughout our health and fitness goals. I'm 20 years old and a student.

Fitness wise I enjoy aerobic exercise, and would really love to get back into running. (At one point in time I could run 10 miles at a 8 minute pace!) I'd love to get back to where I was; but incorporating a little more strength training into my regime.

Goal wise I am looking to lose around 10 lbs, I want to be toned and fit! But a number is just a number.
