    Say if you have a longer torso and are lean and tall perhaps it might look flattering , but for me no Im 4ft 10 in and my torso is anything but long and my pants already have a rise that scrunches up when I sit down, and those retro suits look cute when the person has a defined waist .

    I think on the right person it might look right, but it would look terrible on me and probably add 2-3 sizes.
