6 months ago I started eating gluten free-- I already am a vegetarian that eats fish ad eggs sometimes, as well as lactose intolerant and do not eat any dairy. However since the gluten free it seems as though my hair is thinning dramatically

Are you still having sufficient amounts of protein from other dietary sources?
Some other grains used instead of wheat/barley/rye have less protein in them, like rice has nothing in it. So if you haven't already, try eating things like quinoa, which has protein, but not gluten.0
