Does anyone else consistently weigh less at NIGHT instead of first thing in the morning? And not just by a couple ounces...I weighed 189.8 this morning after peeing before eating, and 188.2 tonight after a full day of eating. And no "evacuation" in between.

I weigh less after my evening workout than I do in the mornings. I think it is glycogen depletion and maybe dehydration.

That would totally make sense too...but I didn't work out today, or yesterday, and drank my normal amount of water. For as long as I've been tracking my weight, I've weighed less at night. :ohwell:

If you weigh more from night->morning, after sleeping with no intake, you will be in special snowflake land.

    Day changes, meh.

I haven't weighed at all in quite awhile but back when I obsessed about it I always weighed the least about 4:30 pm when I would get home from work. No explanation I can come up with but I guess I'm special too.

I often weigh less in the early evening than I do first thing. I don't eat breakfast (I know, most important meal of the day, I just can't do it), I work in an area where there's no eating/drinking so minimal snacking, I have a light lunch, go to the gym after work and run 5K. When I come home, before dinner, I can often weigh a pound or two less than in the morning. Once I've rehydrated, eaten dinner etc. my weight comes back up again, I'm sure it's just water but can I be a special snowflake too please?

Respiration, perspiration, glycogen, scales in a different place…..

Sometimes I weigh less at night than I do at other times, but I tend to retain a lot of water after having given birth. I weigh 7kg less than I did before I got pregnant and my rings used to fit, but they still mostly dont (some days my fingers deflate and I can wear them for a few hours).
