Know of a good workout for someone with..

Does anyone know of a good workout for someone with a loose shoulder that would be safe to do? I am young so I do have a lot of get up and go, I just have a bad shoulder.

    I say speak with a Dr, you wouldn't want to do further damage, and lower body cardio till u Do speak with that dr

    It's pretty bad, last time I went to the DR over it he said not to lift anything heavier than 10 pounds and that was about 5 years ago. It still gives me problems just putting a fitted sheet on my bed.

    If your shoulder isn't any better since the last time you saw your doctor and he advised you not to lift anything heavier than 10lbs then I would stick to that. Best case would be to go and have another check-up, see if there is anything you can do about it.

    You can still do lower body strength training though and there are lots of things you can do with dumbbells if you want to work your other arm, it's just that you will end up with an imbalance that way, which sucks :frown:

    I know :( I hate it. I can't do much physically with my kids and it fries me crazy! lol
