Recently had a double by-pass ,and [of course] quit smoking [but not before getting COPD] now I've replaced cigs with food [bad choice] cardiac rehab isn't to impressed with the weight gain 33lbs in 3 wks so I'm trying this program after all what I put in my body is my responsibility. Maybe being able to track my food intake will work:ohwell:
