Time to refocus

Greetings! About two years ago I was focused on losing some weight. Using Insanity and watching what I ate, I was able to drop about 25-30 pounds. I felt great! Then, slowly but surely, I gained back about 15-20 of those pounds. I was still trying to exercise using various programs but did not watch what I ate as much. After changing jobs and moving, I want to dedicate myself to building habits that will sustain a healthier lifestyle. I will be honest, I am not going to put hours and hours a day into the gym. 30-50 minutes is what I have. I love cake, donuts, chips, dips, pizza and will not be eliminating them for good. My goals are to exercise 5-6 times a week, eat healthier on a daily basis and once in a while indulge in some of the foods I have listed above.

Why here now? I know that some support will help with my accountability. Reading what others are going, maybe some friends to ask how it is going etc. will help. This site allows me to "journal" daily how I am doing (another accountability piece). Tracking my workouts I feel is also important. Looking for like minded people who can be supportive and have similar goals as myself.
