Must try this! Grain Free 'Oatmeal'

Here is the nutrition info:

Fat: 32 ( You can cut the fat by using only egg whites and no whole egg)
Carb: 15
Fiber: 7
Protein: 12
Sodium: 173

Here are the ingredients:

1/4 C walnuts

1 Tbsp Smuckers all natural low sugar raspberry jam

1 whole egg

2 egg whites

1 Tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp organic coconut oil ( or butter, olive, vegetable,etc)

a splash of milk, almond, rice, soy.... if it comes out dry.

To cook:

Just add all the ingredients together in a bowl and stir. Then cook on med-high in 1 tsp oil as long as it takes to cook the eggs.

I had to share this ( I modified it from a paleo website) because not only is it low carb, all natural, and easy but it is DELICIOUS!:heart:
