Saute Express Cubes

So I fell off the wagon majorly and ended up gaining back a ton of what I originally lost. I've been trying to move toward "real" foods when possible, but I'm horrible at putting spices and such together to make something taste good. Then I found the Saute Express cubes. These things are magic, I swear.

Any of you use these? What are some of your favorite ways to use them?

Today I made a huge pot of rice, veggies, and black beans with 1.5 blocks of the teriyaki flavor(fewer than 300 cals/serving). I'll be able to eat five times off of that, and I'll probably end up freezing 2-3 servings to add to my stockpile of heat and eat meals. Today I cooked a chicken breast for lunch to go with the pot, but the dish is great solo and I've got some tilapia I'll probably use with it in the future.

I also love using a half cube of the Italian Herb flavor for tilapia and a half cube for potatoes and onions, I'll eat 2-3 times off the potato and onion mix.

I've only tried the garlic and herb one. I've done it with rice and then also the standard chicken breast. They're pretty delicious!

I avoided the garlic and herb one because I keep fresh garlic and garlic powder in the kitchen, so I felt like it would be overkill, lol. I'd been searching for a way for me to get a lot of veggies since I'm not much of a veggie person. These cubes are great for that. I included onion, squash, bell pepper, and mushroom all in that pot I made today.
