Hi there! I'm here trying to lose weight (50 pounds) after having my first baby. Is challenging because of time and I am having back problems... so no exercise- just walking :). I am having quite the challenge for this- so any motivation would be great!

  • You can do it!!! :D And you know what, don't under estimate the power of walking!! 16 steps burns 1 calorie ;)
    keep that in mind and you'll be walking for hours hahaha
