Hello Everyone

Hey everybody. I just joined this website to share my story and ask for some help from anybody. I was always overweight and at my biggest I was probably about 275. Last November I needed a change so I began. I started taking out a lot of the bad foods and started doing cardio like the elipitical. I thought I would only loose alittle bit of weight but as I saw the pounds come off I got so motivated. I started eating a lot less probably 1200 calories a day and at one point I was going on the elipitical every single day for anywhere from 30-45 minutes. I'm a guy and now I weigh 152. When I started I was probably at about 260 or so. I took a break from cardio for a month and a half or so. But I'm still eating pretty light maybe about 1600 calories a day. But now I want to gain muscle because I feel so floppy looking from not doing strength training. I now joined a gym and want to start doing strength training I just don't know if its possible. I feel like the weight is going to come right back if I started eating more.
