Healthy Flavorful Crock Pot recipes

Hey Lady,
I love to make a beef stew that's pretty yummy!
-Beef - chuck/rump roast cut into large pieces so they don't fall apart
-Basil
-Parsley
-Onion Flakes
-Garlic Powder (can substitute whole garlic as needed here - I don't like an overwhelming garlic taste to my food)
-Red potatoes cut up into large pieces again, unpeeled, just washed
-Baby Carrots
-A1 Sauce
-Tomato Paste
-Beef Broth
Throw it all in and turn on high for about 5 hours and Yummy Goodness comes out!0 -

How do you log it ? Did you put in the recipe on MFP, if so how many servings did you figure...like a 1.5 lb roast ?0 -
When I made it at first I did each individual ingredient and then saved it as a meal.
It is yummy and for my clan of 4 I use a 1.5 - 2.0 lb piece of beef.
I also make biscuits from bisquick to serve with this, but can be done without those, though they are a perfect compliment0
